Hi, I’m Cheryl.
Years ago, I witnessed a silly “email lemon” incident in the office, and I got a little mad. It wasn't anything unusual for a corporate office, but I was struck by the inefficiency and rudeness I was witnessing. And I remember thinking, Wait a second… email is such a critical communication skill that we use every day. Why don’t we get taught this stuff?
I couldn’t get that question out of my head.
I don’t believe capable people should be held back simply because no one taught them how to approach email thoughtfully. So I’ve been on a mission to fill that gap.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across diverse corporate environments and built business relationships on six continents. I hold an MBA from Northwestern University and have taught Business Communications at the college level, as well as brought my Email Lemonade approach to businesses and universities alike.
